Shipping is FREE on all items unless otherwise indicated.
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and delivery without signature.
Policies
Items can be returned for a full refund with 7 days of the delivery.
Items can be returned for a full store credit or exchanged within 15 days of delivery.
Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached.
Upon the receipt of returned items Deborah Veale reserves the right to deny return if the items does not meet return policy requirements.
Shipping and handling charges for returned items are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.
Shipping Errors or Damaged Goods
In the event that we incorrectly processed an order or the very unlikely event that you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. Items Purchased At Other Locations
Items purchased at department stores or at any other store selling Deborah Veale pieces cannot be returned to deborahveale.ie
